is this enough intake?

We need more details, like are the "intakes" and "exhausts" passive or active. And is there filtering involved, or is this a strait ventilation system?

These details would help. However, generally the outtake/exhaust is greater than the intake by 3-4x (iirc) to keep a negative pressure within the grow space. This is important especially with filtered setups because it ensures that a minimal (ideally zero) amount of air is being exhausted without being treated by your filtration.

thanks for the replys ppl

I have had the 4inch inline fan for years so dont have the spec, but im fairly sure its a vk -100 inline fan 250 m3/h and the outake is new it is RK200m 765m3/h
there is only a pair of stockings covering the intake so the flow isnt really restricted, and yes I have a carbon filter so the outake will be restricted, but the room is not sealed there is just a few gaps around the door.

I'm probably just worrying about my babys to much agian. but like they say, if a jobs worth doing its worth doing properly
