Are you saying fish emulsion is an incomplete nutrient source in soil for vegetative growth? I've used it for years and have never noticed nutrient deficiencies in a very wide variety of plants.That'll work for flowering, but for veg I think the most cost effective soil nutrient is fish emulsion....hm that would be the most uncomplete fert you could use ...if budget is that much of a problem then buy some regular general purpose MG and use that ...then switch to there flowering formula when u start to flower them!! good luck!
