unfinished space for small grow, any pointers ? ( pictures )

okay so this is my little space and once they outgrow this space i will move the shelf up and let them grow there i will have 2 more cfls when i buy the Y-splits and add another fan or two. and before anybody says about the foil mylar seems to be a little rarity because i cant find it anywhere so im trying to find ways around hot spots and so forth for the meantime.

btw, im only growing like 3 plants.

the size is bug enough for them to get to about a foot then i will raise shelf

any pointers would be great.

yes, when an emergency blanket is 1-2 $ at wallmart mylar !!
