rough draft grow room

so this is a little rough draft on my grow room i am not the best at drawing so.

4-6 plants.
4 T5 bulbs to start the plants, then maybe add more later on.. or up it to a 400watt hps bulb.

i will be planting these in soil - kind i do not know yet i been reading bout farmers soil?

looks ok so far but i would put the intake down closer to the floor. t5s dont get as hot as hid so you should be ok for now.I dont understand the 2 exhaust ports, does 1 have a fan ? you say something about smell on the top one.
