Well first off it DOES sound like they are different species. try swapping their places under the lights post some pictures?I have two plants. The nodes on the one are alternating but not on the other. Plus the one is about 6 inches shorter than the other and I have no idea why. Same seeds (so I was told), same soil, same water, same fert.., same light and space from the light. It has me a little bewildered. One plant is light green and tall, the other is really dark green resembles a maple tree and is extremly short and bushy. They both seem to be healthy. But the small one is taking forever to play catch-up. Any theroy's, Ideas or preventive measures? I need some insight please . . . .
