I was just talking to someone about sending a clone, noe even serious and I was banned... without warning, I would like to know why I was banned and please get back on the chat...

well I agree that you broke the rules if the guy wouldn't have said I'll PM you so we don't break any rules and just did it no1 would have been the wiser but kinda sketchy to be accepting or sending illegal shit through mail which is a frederal offense I mean might have saved you some trouble you never know.

I vote that this be his warning he wasn't the one who instigated the conversation the other guy said I'll PM you not like he said hey pm me cuz I want to do this guy probably can't even get PMs yet.

If a Mod informs me I am about to face a an in Live Chat, I shut the fuck up. You don't have to be Vanna White to figure that one out.
Using the PMs to negotiate seed/clone transactions is not kosher, either.
The rules are in place for our protection.

Not saying that what they did should be accepted or brushed off but like I said I don't even think the guy can recieve pms so iI doubt that any contact was made. I was simply stating that the guy said "k" when he said I'll PM you, not that it is acceptable to do this but what if he never said "k" would he still be banned because someone says they will PM you about something like this? I just think he has learned his lesson, you made your point NOW but the moderators warning was little vague is all. I would hope that if I did something against the rules I would clearly be warned before being banished.
