My Tiger Bloom is straight acid

i'm about 2 weeks into flowering and just started using my Tiger bloom. My tap ph is an easy 8-8.5. If i use the recommended dose of Tiger Bloom (2 tsp) the Ph drops to 4.5-5. It didn't give me a huge problem in my last grow, however, i started getting lockout during the 6th week. I also didn't have a ph kit my last grow. So how can i fix this problem??? I have Schultz 10-15-10 and HD Vigora 10-10-10 . I was trying to go mostly organic with this grow but if my levels keep dropping like this I'll have to underfeed them if i'm using Tiger Bloom.
What's your take on schultz??? or .. anyone have a decent bloom food that isn't as acidic???

Screw TB just use Big Bloom...I got a full bottle of this acidic crap...anyone want it?

If you use pH up...it takes A LOT and if you check the pH...check it again in an hour...it will have dropped again!

I only use 1 to 1.5 tsp per gallon of the tiger bloom, and then ph up the mixture before I feed with it. Use it up fast, cause if u leave tiger bloom in a capped jug for a day or two that stuff gets really rotten.

Big bloom by itself probably isnt gonna cut it, hence the recommended use along with tiger bloom in flowering.

Works just fine for me. I just ph it with no problems. Though I am in transition to aero and will be going with botnicare. I will continue to use FF on my outdoor adventures though.

EDIT: Don't use more than 2 tsp per gallon or you will burn them. THe chart they give you is way to much.

im growing in soiless and i give my ladies 3tsps every feeding( they are 6fters) and it works great like the man says ph up and use it quickly and please dont try and use just big bloom you will be very unhappy with your results....

BTW the tiger bloom isn't organic.
yes yes .. i know ... which brings me to my next question ... would it be completely terrible if i used schultz 10-15-10 .... i've read good things on riu about it ... i'm telling you tiger bloom is not the way to go for me .... Like i said before i had this problem in my last grow and now this one ... Why the fuck is TB so acidic anyway???

I suppose it would work but not something I mself would use. I'm not sure why it has such a low ph.

How come I'm the only one to have an okay pH with tiger bloom?? @_@ I use gallon bottles from walmart and just add 2 tsp's like the chart tells you to. I get an ideal pH of 6 every time :/

Anyone agree with me?

I've been using it for a decade and it always drops to 4 something, your water must have a wicked high ph.

That's what i thought too. So i tested my water pH as well, and it was a good 7.2,, College chem major talking here.,,

My explanation on this is that you guys mix different nutes together in your water? All i put is the tiger bloom in the water for flowering, and grow big in the water for veg..

is this bad? do i need more nutes? my plants seem to love me for it :/..

anyone?

Yea i thought so.. People who say that their plants are burning up almost always included that they used big bloom along with it.. that prevented me from purchasing big bloom anyways..

I'll do a little experiment myself and try to calculate the resultant pH by adding the big bloom and tiger bloom together or something.. all the data i need is at the back of the bottle.

Anyways,, I wouldn't use big bloom along with tiger bloom (if you're still using FF). Big bloom is just a general fertilizer with weak nutes anyways..

OH also, when you guys use pH UP or DOWN, make sure you shake your bottle VIGOROUSLY. pH can change over time (mentioned earlier) if you don't mix your solutions carefully..

Remember high school titration? :)
