Help NFT not working after 2 years of success

I veg my clones in 3"net pots in a mister system for 5 weeks and them transfer to a NFT system for flowering. I have been very successful with this system for 2 years . My problem is now when I transfer to the NFT systems the plants wilt and have symptoms of root rot. This has happened 2 times and I cant figure out what the problem is. I meticulously clean after each harvest the whole NFT system, I use water chillers in the reservoirs 70degrees I use 1/2 strength nutes for the transition phase 8-900ppm, the mother (super silver ) is robust and healthy the room temp never exceeds 80degrees f . I am at my wits end. Do nutes go bad or can they cause root rot?

Check your grow journal...What changes were made since the last successful grow and the problem grows? Something has been added or removed that is bringing change.

Ive checked my journal and everything is the same. Im thinking root problems stem from either bad nutes or from the Mom. My clones appear healthy and grow vigorously in the misters with the same nutes and the mother gets the same nutes in a smaller NFT system with no root problems. Can root rot or the associated disease not manifest itself in young clones and then appear when plants are pushed into flowering? Im thinking its the hygrozyme although Ive been using it for years? The only nute that is different between clones, moms and the flowering stage is floralisious grow to floralisious bllom and I bought new Florilisious Bloom with no change. Im freakin stumped

i don't know much about hydro but to find your problem start elimating things one at a time buy some new bottles of nutes. then use them on a test grow. if you get good results then you found your problem.
