Hi i have a question. i need some help about my light... i only have a 150w infrared lamp and planning on growing 1 plants well is it even possible to grow with infrared ? peace

Think about it this way - when plants are outside, they're not just growing under infrared. Sure, that's part of the light spectrum, but it's certainly not the entire spectrum.
You need to have a full spectrum light in order to trick your plant into thinking that it's outside. You'll need to find better lights, and if possible, find a light that's made specifically for plant growing.
You can find those at plant shops and grow shops. At least, I can find them in stores around me - and definitely online man.
You will need a better light, even if you're just growing one plant.

okay thanks for the answers 
well i will be putting it outside but i germinated the seed and its been 5 days in a pot now and nothings showing yet it irretates me. Peace
