So with a medical license, it is legal to purchase these clones at a registered dispensary, but what are the laws regarding their transport?
Good to know. We are talking about CA here, too. Santa Barbara/San Luis Obispo County, specifically. So it is the law that you can transport just so long as you don't run into the feds?I had a friend stopped by the cops... showed his CARD.. and he was LET go.... and he was also allowed to keep the clones...
this is in California
he was driving from Humbolt to SB..Good to know. We are talking about CA here, too. Santa Barbara/San Luis Obispo County, specifically. So it is the law that you can transport just so long as you don't run into the feds?

Perhaps I should get cardboard boxes to put them in the back seat. I don't want anything visible.I try to drive slow and not draw attention to myself.. Epsecially last time when I had a huge 3ft skunk plants in my truck.. Yeah it's legal but even with my card I prefer not to let the cops now whats up... =) But if they do pull you over at least your safe...
They're taking it to trial? Intense.A couple of friends were recently busted transporting plants within Humboldt county. The Humboldt county sheriff said you can never transport live plants of any age/stage of growth or number. They are awaiting trial.
NoI hear they are shutting down all the dispensaries in SB. Is that true?
