OK, I just did a quick Google search. It turns out that the Colorado River Frog will get you high.
However, this is just because frogs can secrete venom as a defense mechanism. Licking the secretion of a Colorado River Frog will get you high. Licking another frog could actually kill you. After all, you're licking venom. Licking the Colorado River Frog can also kill you, but it isn't likely.
Personally, I wouldn't do it. Say you get a different kind of frog by accident, lick it and die. Not worth it.

Frogs are reptiles. Reptiles don't like humans. Reptiles don't like humans licking them. Don't think that a frog will let you lick them without giving you some poison (they'll think that you're trying to eat them).
You are getting high off of poison. Do you not see the danger in that?

but im sure theres no rat poison in lsd... in fact mushrooms get you high by food poisoning, while LSD is a designer drug, meaning it does exactly what it is "designed" to do.
