It all depends. does your potting mix have nutes in it? Also you dont want to start adding nutes until around week 4.

I am going to veg for 21 days so I will never need nutes or go 4 weeks so I can use nutes and it does have nutes in it

i dont understand what you are saying in the last post. The bag your soil came in will say how long it will provide nutes for the plants....remember that everytime you water it will release nutes to your plant. Be careful not to over nute and water your plant! are you putting your plant outside or inside?
