I recently aquired space in a old manufacturing warehouse from a family friend..the flowering room is 20x12 and veg is 10x12..for lights in flow. its 4 lumatek 1000w and two t-5s in veg.....my concern is venting properly i have co2 and want to supplement but dont want to exhaust it all out trying to get fresh air in the room....any suggestions much appreciated

when you turn the co2 on ideally you need all exhaust fans turned off, and i guess, but presume intake as well, it needs to be a sealed room when you use the c02.

so you just need to set up the realesase of the co2 (during lights on) with turning the exhaust fans off.

edit, and agreed on the vegging lights. not sure you'll be able to grow enough plants under 2 T5's to justify putting 4000w of flowering light over them?

i'd be thinking say 8-10 plants per 1000w light which means like 40 plants vegging under a pair of T5's?

true.... the ballasts are dimmable there running at 750w now and i planned on upgrading the veg lights next harvest.....room is completly sealed up

well in that case you simply need to put your exhaust fans onto a timer to correspond with the c02 being released.

i'm not that sure, but i think i read that with co2, they can withstand higher temperatures upto 90, you'd need to get that varified though. so you need to take into account the fact that the area will get hot without extraction, you might need to raise lights or something, don't know till you try eh

as to the upgrading, sounds good, forst crop would probably buy you just one or two MH bulbs

Yea first couple harvest got me this set up....just put the 8 I had in flowering all of em bout 5ft tall so should get me more than the bulbs (so I hope) pro mix medium heavy feeding every other day advanced nuts line doing real,good two weeks in
