Temperature/ventilation Problems

im having a temperature/ventilation problem here are some photos of my current configuration
the problem is that i cant make any holes or any changes to the room because is a rented place,
also i dont think ventilation is ideal. i have that fan tuned ON when the light is on all the time at max speed :( any actions that i can follow to drop down the temperature and have an adequate ventilation?

turn your ac down make it colder in your house

Go buy a bathroom vent fan. I think they are like $40 at walmart. But place it outside the grow room and run the ventalation tube into the room itself.

just a warning on that, I tried one of those, they push very little air and due to their not being designed to run for long periods tend to generate a rattle. I borrowed a mate's proper vent fan and it makes less noise, pushes about 10 times the air volume and only actually costs twice the price to buy as a bathroom fan, so I would say get one of those, stick a filter on it and run the hose into an adjacent room or window, that should allow you to control your temps effectively.
