which of these two lights is better?

I need a light for veg growth ONLY. My space is 3'w x 1.5' d x 3.5' h so it cant be HID. This one is a blue LED ufo light.

Which light would make my plants thrive the best in the veg state? (for flowering I have a 400 watt hps in a larger space)

do you have any other suggestions for lighting such a small space. Im looking for quality but also value

I would have to go with the t5 the leds I used before weren't as vigorous..but they also weren't ufos

I have not used led's yet, but I have yet to see any vigorous growth under led's anywhere. I know the floros works so I will recommend the floros. I didn't check the link, but it is super easy to wire your own ballast for the t-5's. Pl-L's are about the same thing too, bent in half with a different connector. I recommend a Fulham ballast and whatever bulbs and connectors you want. You can do 4@ 55w t-5's/Pl-L's with ballast for under $80 ordering on-line. I can actually do it for about $60 locally but ymmv.
