You just gotta read someones journal and see what they used. I suggest reading alot of em and picking the best setup for your space/needs. there are so many possibilies it all depends on ur budget and space, In my sig is my journal and I did all that for cheap
Honestly... start in soil.
Hydro is something you have to be on top of all the time, especially in your 1st grow. Tell me to fuck -off & mind my own etc, but i guarantee you that one day during those endless days of Checking EC & Ph & panicking at the 1st sign of any fluctuation.. you will say that guy was fucking right!
I have around £300 of Hydro equipment in my garage, ebb & flow, Wilma 8 pot etc etc ... all are redundant, because i can get just as good results with a quarter of the work in good ol' muck!

ok lets start with the size of your growing area? then your budget, how many plants are you looking to grow? you want DWC, ebbnflo, drip, bubbles?

those are pretty good setups, although if you made one yourself you could save money on good nutes. I recomend foxfarms nute line, and you will need to upgrade the airstone and pump in that kit. so ive heard

Im not sure can you recommend me some good lights if those are shit? And maybe a better airstone? thx for the help bro

Home depot has cfl's like these only not as big (I think there 300w eq.) for around 20 bucks
as far as airstones get ya a dual outlet air pump@ petco or walmart around 20-30 bucks, and put two 12" airstones in it, works for me just fine. Im fully perpetual and I did it for under 200$

Naw just playin, I have seen the best results using tubes/drip untill the roots have grown enough to touch water. Others will say if you have enough bubbles you don't need a drip at all. I do both just in case. I couldnt tell you how to make a submersible drip pump, (I found one at the local hydro shop pre-made w/6 outlets) for pretty cheap.

Any and all info is in my journal bro, i have cut no corners, done things by the pros numbers and stats. I have 3k in my setup, three stations. not hard at all and can get easy over 1 oz a plant, plus if you do it like me you can harvest every two
weeks 1 lb. I am not bullshiting anyone very easy IF YOU DO IT RIGHT. I have had my probs but who doesnt, the fixes where easy easy. If you have any questions just ask ill do my best to find the RIGHT answers. Subed.
