sprouts seem to have nute burn...???

Im having some plant growth problems.
Wondering what this browning can be?
The soil has a 4-4-4 fertilizer. These plants used to be under a dome, i usually sprayed the roof of the dome twice a day to give the sprouts humidity.
Im guessing this is nute burn and possibly too much moisture. Question is what is the future of these little plants. will they survive this initial problem? The new growth seems to be healthy with no leaf discoloring, its just the lower first leaves that are getting this.

they should be fine just dont use any more nutes for the next couple of weeks because your soil holds plenty for the time being

I have no other nutes on top of the soil nutes. im def going to leave it till the plants are bigger then i'll add other nutes. the little plants are growing nicely. all new leaf development are coming in luscious green.
