Hmm, hard to tell.
My first response was to say that sometimes the lower leaves have troubles keeping nutes in em since the energy is going to the top leaves that are getting all of the light.
That said, there are a few different things which could be going on.
It sort of looks like a nute issue. And if that's the case, the best way to handle it is to make sure you're flushing your system as much as possible.
This way, you can make sure you're not overloading since it's so much easier to add back nutes. Sort of start over. Plants can handle it, IMHO.
The rest of the leaves seem to be looking pretty good, so I'm guessing your room isn't a problem. But just to be sure, make sure you're checking your humidity, your temp, your pH, and your lighting is on par for the grow you want to achieve.
