I may be moving back at some point an if this happens maybe sooner then later.

Yea I was at a Sushi place in Sedona last month and gave mine with my old address I'm still registered in that state. A few days later I saw some people at a bar in Prescott doing the same. Hope it's getting close!

I actually was asking at that time if there had been enough petitions to even get it on the ballot!

Well in Maricopa county there still counting, and Fortunately It is VERY likely to pass, leading with a about 4000 votes, (Last time I checked)




EDIT:Andrew Myers and his team are already Saying its passed, its a done deal.

i believe it's statistically impossible for it to loose?

now it just has to get through the courts, which it failed at twice already. maybe this time the judiciary will legislate the will of the majority rather than the special interests groups like the elderly conservatives and private prison system.
