Grow closet getting skunky, need to vent

Well this is my first time growing and this is in a normal closet. 3'x6'x8'. I have about 4 plants(will grow to a perpetual 12 plant system) and right now after a couple of weeks it's already getting skunky, I didn't know they skunked bad when vegging.

I'am going to do a DIY charcoal filter but I don't have a lot of options venting the filtered air.

Will it be enough to just let it recirculate in the room?

I can vent it to the ceiling that goes to an attic but I'd have punch a whole in the ceiling and have 8' of vent tube going up(rather not).

I can take the DIY charcoal filter and punch a small whole in the side wall and seal it so the air is going between the drywall of rooms.(I'd rather do this)

What would be a good safe decision?

Thanks

*EDIT*

If I run duct and vent to attic, would I still need to use a charcoal scrubber??

Do you need to exhaust because of heat? I would suggest you use the carbon filter to scrub the bedroom air instead of filtering with exhaust. It works pretty efficiently. Maybe even have two filters when you start flowering.

No heat's not a problem at all. I just need to get rid of the smell. Would scrubbing be enough even with flowering? Should I scrub it and vent it inside the walls or attic? Or do I even need to scrub it if I just vent it to the attic?

Here's an expensive option A:

Scrub the air with a large Can filter.

Have a strong inline fan to suck air into the filter from the outside of the filter (you can also have the fan/filter suck air into the filter and push out of it from the inside).

Then purchase an inline Ionizer. This will allow you to have complete confidence if you want to exhaust outside or into the other parts of your dwelling. :hump:

Option B

Like we said before, inline fan and smaller carbon filter. Make sure you get a decent sized filter that matches the cfm rating for your fan and also get a fan speed controller.

Don't exhaust outside because the filter might not be enough.

Don't bother exhausting the filtered air into the attic unless noise is an issue. If it is, then use insulated ducting. :bigjoint:
