day 40 how do they look???

Hey guys just wanted some feedback......these babies are 40 days old. all but 4 have been topped....they are super lemon haze!!!

i will be switching over to flower in 10 days and flowering between 9 to 10 wks....

what does evryone think??? they look healthy?? for my first time im quite proud!!

Hi mate. What size pots do you have them in at the moment. You may want to consider putting them into larger pot's. This increases growing space for the roots and will give you a higher yield.

I have them in 5 gallon pots...however, being the rookie i am i am sure i shorted these girls on soil. ive been trying to think of ways i can fill that pot up with more but i just dont wanna overthink things and send them into shock! its day 40 when u guys think i should switch the lights????????????

I think Im jealous! I think its up to you when to switch, you could do it any time now.. What node did u top at? The longer you veg the bigger your harvest, but Im sure you already know this but super lemon haze is a STRONG grower and is probably going to triple in size so make sure your lights are going to cover enough space once they get bushier.. Btw, y not top the other 4? that may present problems later in flowering if you have 4 plants that are taller than the rest..

They look to be flush and high enough. remember when you put them into flower you should leave them in total darkness for 36 hours. remember NO light at all. that means dont enter the room and before you do this go into the room and turn the lights off and look for any leakage of light coming in and tape it over. This is very important. i was advised this by a friend on here and he is clued up on growing. Good luck!!!!!

Thanks....so to be clear, In between the veg and flower lighting schedules...I put the plants in 36 hours of darkness??? and dont i have the plants in a dark period right before harvest as well?? or am i getting this wrong?? lol forgive me please im rather stoned and i have literally read so much from so many different growers and books, i cat keep it all strait!!! lol anyhow these plants are looking good by sheer luck, this is my first time!!! however i put alot of $$ into the room so im very happy that the plants seem to be vibrant enjoying there atmosphere...

please if anyone has any suggestions or anything at all please feel free, I need all the help i can get! lol

From my experience putting them into 36hrs dark period has a minimal effect on the final outcome if any at all.

OK so i have been reading for months and months and months lol......

I just want some input by you veterans out there!!!!! any advice as to what i should do when switching to flower???

Ive heard to set up a dark period, and ive heard its pointless to set up a dark period....Im swichin to flower in about 4 days...the plants are about 41 days old...

also im gunna try some bloombastic...anyone ever try it or have any input??? let me know thanks
