First Indoor Grow NEED HELP!

OK so im growing outside right now but think that i could probably start getting an indoor grow setup. In my current houshold its going to have to be discreet. I need it to fit in a 4 foot by 4 foot 4 foot. MAX. I cannot exceed those space limitations. If thats possible awesome. If so i need a gorcery list of sorts of all items needed. a specific list would be nice and a way to create this "grow box" or "grow area" but it needs to be quiet and fit in a 4' by 4' by 4'. If possible. and it needs to be almost self sufficient. I can water it but only 3 maybe 4 times a week. if thats enough then good but those are my limitations. if anyone has any idea for a way for me to create an indoor grow room a grocery list and the rough cost would be very much appreciated. The 4 foot ceiling will be very limiting. No way you can go higher?3 or 4 times a week to care for your plants should be fine. Is this space able to pull and push air through or into? you prob wont need more than a 600wair cooled light set up. what about drainage?are you going to try to veg and flower in same area?

Ya i spose ill have them flower and veg them in the same area. umm i might be able to go a little higher on the ceiling but idk. and i have almost no idea what kinda of air flow or anything. I have been specifically looking into outdoor growing until now. so... ill keep researching but some basic plans for a small grow box would be good thank you.
