hmmm well maybe i'll start even sooner than i thought, im just waiting on a 600 hps bulb in the mail i hope it comes soon. seems like my digital ballast eats through bulbs like crazy, i wish i just got a regular ballast

wow it really took 10 to 11 weeks to flower i thought since they are basicly 100% indica they would be ready in 8 weeks, 9 at the most. did you use a scope to check the trics?

I had 1 of 7 done at 9 weeks took the rest at 10 weeks 3 days and they could have gone longer. northern lights is a long finishing indica. i scoped them and at 10 weeks they were still mostly clear.

Ya the sooner the better simply because this strain has a huge root system ... hell the first week they wont have any growth above soil, just below... ummm i only have used 1 gal pots to start my plants... and they grow out of them in 2 weeks you might be able to push them but it might stress them too

i would tend to disagree with you on this the five plants that i had show sex and alternate nodes really out did the last 2 that were behind when i started to flower. also the 2 that weren't sexualy mature hermed out late in flowering. i would veg as long as you can.

indica flowers in 8-9 weeks most of the time aroura is an ok yielder look at my purple kush at start of week 7.ur plants should yield close to it.Now keep in mind the bud will swell when hairs die and pull back into bud the trichomes should be close to 50/50 foggy/carm then u harv.the pics are 6-7 weeks and will go 9 weeks!!

how long a life are you getting from a bulb? i'm running digital and have not replaced a bulb yet.

well the first bulb i got lasted only 2 weeks, my second bulb about 3 months, now im waiting on my third in the mail hopefully lasts longer i dont know what the problem is

@ sk8disgruntled: Dude, are your plants still in small 16oz cups ? Rule of thumb, you need 1 gallon per foot of plant in the container/planter for the root mass. How tall are your girls ?

the biggest is probably 3 inches the rest are much smaller. my bagseed popped on the 18th my arouras the 22nd

are you handling the bulbs with bare fingers or wearing gloves? oil from your skin is not good on these bulbs.

yeah i put them in with my bare hands but i make sure i always wipe them off with a cloth before i turn it on
