Quick question for the advanced growers

Can you ever have to much lumens per sq. Foot?
May be a dumb question but I'm kind of stumped on this one. Right now my room is 4.5f long x 5f tall x 3.5f wide and I'd like to know if I put two 400 watt MH lights in there if it would be bad(nevernind the heat as that will be easier to deal with)

Yes there can be too many lumen's but your fine with 2 - 400Wers in that size room. Sound like a good amount of light and coverage in that size room. Have a great grow.

I have a veg rm about the same size but it's 7 ft tall and I use 16 inch tables and my 400w reaches ceiling at end of veg.To many lights can litterally cook a grow
