I used to have problems related to that when I smoked. I would have to piss or shit really bad. Even after I pissed, it would still feel like I had to. I think the pot was amplifying the stimulus my nervous system was receiving, or something. After a few months of being a daily toker, the uncomfortable feeling passed. Haven't had that feeling in a while now.
