I'd get outside if thats possible, not too far from home though and walking. I like the woods but not at night. At night I like a lot of lights on around me. Movies can be interesting but also a bummer. The Big Lebowski is a good choice 'Dude'. Have fun and have a friend on tap to come sit with you or at least talk to on the phone if things get intense. Otherwise enjoy! You'll have a great time. Look for the fun and the beautiful! Remember that you are on a trip and as such nothing has to be examined or worked on or feared, just have fun and find pretty lights to watch or some beautiful scene to look at. Ciao!

Download some shpongle, put on mp3 player, put on headphones, let your mind take you where you wanna go, dance or something. If you're somewhere warm, I'd suggest walking around outside. Draw something, build something. Play disc golf (probably too dark right now). Smoke some cigarettes and move them around for some trails. Get some glowsticks and just mess around. Watch a scary movie (if you feel you can handle it). Learn POI with lights or glowsticks. Find a party and make fun of how you are so much more fucked up than everyone and yet are more aware and balanced than the ones on alcohol. Read some poety. Read something philosophical. Smoke some herb. Make a bonfire if somewhere warm......be fucking careful if you do, probably too late as it's the best to set up while sober. Light off fireworks..again be careful. Play with bubbles...yes the ones you blow. Watch any comedy. Watch some crazy psychedelic videos online. Search through www.deviantart.com for some crazy ass art. Or just search a few artists in google and look at the images....Examples(alex grey, adam scott miller, mars-1, Mario Duguay) Put a cd into an x-box 360 and turn on the visualizer, you can just watch it or navigate with the controller joysticks and RB and LB buttons. Watch a jamband or rockband concert on on-demand (comcast). Watch Fight Club, great mindfuck and even if you've already seen many times still good and crazy visually done movie. Play the video game Rez(dreamcast or PS2), actually it is the best video game to play tripping or rolling IMO. That or Lumines(PSP). Shit man. You'll have fun no matter what.
yeah ive been charging my ipod all day i think im gunna take the hits as i drive home, smoke a bowl in the car and put my headphones on and walk around then have the movie for later on.

The big lebowski is a great movie... although the theme is very intricate and it wouldn't loop correctly in your train of thought while tripping!
Some great atmospheric music and a nice backdrop setting would be nice.... A sunrise would be empirical to the climax of your trip... a friend would be nice to keep the tempo going as a solo trip could lead to distress... but to each their own liking!

Chilling alone on a psychedelic or the ability to do it is what life is all about man!!!! My first trip was alone, well if you discount my parents sleeping in the room next door, totaly unawares of the new insights I was gaining in the dark. There is at least one more hecktic trip in store for us at the end of our journey, might as well get used to the feeling.

Thanks, I just thought of all the things I've done in the past. Probably left some out, but I tend to do acid with people instead of alone. Shrooms more alone but still fun with friends. I could have gone on and on about music and movies but to each their own. And there's other threads for that
Been there many times ANC, including the first trip, felt kinda paranoid because of it though. The one feeling when I started tripping that gets me the most is the fact that I feel everyone can like see it on me. Like I'm holding a sign that says "I'm On ACID" and can be read from a mile away. So I was afraid of my parents waking up and seeing me. And yes, I can't wait for that DMT to be released and send me to the next dimension for good.

Over the summer after I finished highschool, while a good portion of my psychonautical friends were away on vacations and university, I got 135 mg 4-AcO-DMT, 55mg 2c-i, 16 strip of some heady L and just shy of a half of golden teacher. I took this experience as a great symbolism of my life and I tripped in the sun in my parents backyard for the better course of a month, keeping short breaks in between trips but had a great long pyramid game with the acid. Only a couple short interludes with people other than my parents, who took two weeks on the coast which actually inspired the experiment. I learned a great deal about myself, the world, and feel those experiences will forever mould me as a person.

you should definitely watch the big lebowski, then go outside. It is made to be watched on acid I've watched it numerous times tripping and it's one big visualizer, the slow drifting camera scenes make every character gigantic. The only thing trippier than the scenes is the sound of the movie itself. I love nature but all the trees will move a lot more after the Coen Brothers work their magic on you.

I love trippin on a clear night. When i trip solo i check out the stars and connect with nature. Solo for me can be very enlightening. Also hanging out by my fire pit feeding its ever consuming flames all night is a blast.
