if im running 83 degrees F. with both my dorrs shut and im growing auto flowers and running light 20 on 4 off . the 4 off are at 9 pm to 1 am then if i leave doors open during the day and temp shoots down to 79 degrees with them open i shouldnt have any problems should i , because i read that some folks dro really loves the 84 or 85 degrees ( they said their plants love it that warm) just kinda funny im from florida and grew outside in 110 degree heat with 90 % humidity had no problem then i move up north and understand that over 81 degrees the plants hate it ?? must be the indoor ratio cuz we used to use chicken shit and amonia nitrate as feterlizer in the sand and grew monster plants i just am trying to understand the "whole indoor growing i guess" here is some weed i grew outside didnt turn out to bad

Brick. .

Most cannabis plants will thrive in a wide range of temps. . .between 70-90f indoors.
probably most of what you have read about keeping temps in the mid eighties is due to the fact that plants will absorb max CO2 at aprox 86f.
If you are not injecting C02 into your room then no worries.

In my experience of watching Jorge Cervantes Ultimate Grow (well worth the download if you can get it) and dealing with autoflowers. anywhere from 70-85F is ok. 75-80F is optimium growth rate.

The whole idea behind the mid 80's temps being fine with CO2 seemed to be a rationalization for warmer than optimal grow room temperatures. If the plants do well, thats fine. But I know that outdoor bud grows better in northern California than southern Cali for example. I'm sure that the average temps in summer in Mendo and Humboldt are well below 85 degrees F; probably more like 78 F. Average high temps in inland So Cal in summer are about 92-95 for reference. :joint::weed:
