It's called deficiency from nutrients that your plants have yellow leaves, so yes it is your growing and do some reading up on it

Without more information it is hard to help you out

I've never used LED but yellow leaves tell me they need more nitrogen. How often are you feeding them and at what strength?

My guess is that it is a 600w red/blue only LED. I had that problem before with the top leafs yellowing, it is not the same kind of yellow like Nitrogen def. My LED was VERY close to the plant. You can try fill in the missing spectrum with a 6500k CFL and see if it helps. Do let us know if it helps because I would like to know if that is the cause.

I dont think its nutrient burn because I only use rain water. and i have 3 year supply worth. I eath juice nutes and I used that only once after my leaves turned yellow on me.

I am adding CFLs a 90 watt bulb i got from walmart hopefully it will balance the spectrums needed.

I use strictly rain water and have lost 2 plants by nute burn. I thought the same that rain water would be fine as its natural. but it is fine for nature but not nessacerely for your indoor invironment,
Also check your ph before watering specially when adding nutrients.

here is what my chocolate thai plant looked like before having it under LED, using the same method as I used before it turned yellow.

Don't get me wrong I have a UFO and a panel in my flowering and they are doing great. I had a panel on for vegging on a larger plant and they were doing fine also. I don't understand exactly why my clones turn yellow leaves either. May be they need better balanced spectrum at this young age. CFL is better for seedlings anyway.

May be the light was too strong for it, 600W LED is suppose to be like 1000w HID and you don't normally set that on a seedling anyway.

You got a very good point but dam im so impatient, mabe ill try a hybrid style of growing like sun light in the day and LEDs at night.

it Looked dam healthy Untill LED came along, too late to bail out on the lights for i have spent 2k for it.
Maybe you can sell the LED fixture on eBay for a loss but then be able to turn around & get a good hps setup & then start growing dank. After a few harvests you will feel more relieved about doing it. I'd sell it now while there are still suckers out there who would buy it. Just a thought :bigjoint:
