honey oil - made using butane. a tutorial.

so then go get more butane and run it again?!

couldn't hurt. i'd try it. you should be able to see the color of the liquid as it comes out. if it is colored then keep blasting it. once it comes out of the end of the extractor clear then you've gotten most of it.

then NO STIRRING?

can i bring it inside while it is still a liquid or what it is dropping dew outside right now?

then just leave it overnight and check it in the morning?

sorry i am so needy!!!

i'd bring it inside. the cold butane attracts moisture. put a fan blowing over it.

Alright, I had to give it a shot. I bought a Honey Bee extractor and a can of butane. I cheated at the end and put the bowl in a bigger bowl of boiling water so the butane evaporated in like 3 mins... very tasty stuff, I am glad I didn't throw the trim away.

Got more to make now, gonna have to go buy more butane from the bodega.

with boiling water...

don't use a gas stove to heat the water!!!

haha

no flames around this product, please! (i'm not saying you did, just another warning to all)

Ooops  I already tried it.

I stirred it up too soon I guess, it smokes good but started a fire in my bowl - probably from the butane bubbles. I'll wait a day or two before I try it again.

hash will catch fire, that's why fdd said heat it SLOWLY AND LET IT MELT INTO A BOWL OF WEED!!!!

lol, yeah, hash is very very flamable, no butane necessary

so i ran the butane back through and let it sit all night with no stirr. still looks like tar. it really looks like trash tar but i am going to do what i can to scrape it and i'll smoke it. i am a little mad that i waisted all that vegetable matter as the caps would have been awesome and would have kept me high for 2-3 days. oh well when i scrape it i'll post pics.

so here are the pics of the second run with the same "trash" and the finished product. no stirring this time. still not much there but looks like enough to get high. right now i just have it in the freezer will prolly smoke it all today.

hungryman the reason why yours is coming out like that is because you don't have a real honey bee extractor. Your using some sort of pvc that the butane gas reacts too and so your getting impurities in your extractions. But im sure you'll still get high but u don't know wth chemical your smoking.

just smoked some and got high and others say TO USE pvc much cheaper than the extractor. plus tasted no chemicals what-so-ever. but next time will be better.
