It looked happy when i was giving light from top, its also make the plant stretch so i lower the light to fix stretch and to give more light to mid-low part of the plant and that make the plants top leaves curl and look unhappy but for what i heard my plant looked healthy until i lower my light.

just like everyone has said - more light. you're not going to get more than a couple of joints with that light alone.
you get out what you put in. i wouldn't even have considered trying to grow with one of those bulbs. 10 maybe but not one. just get out to the store and buy a couple more, they're a couple dollars each and every bit more will help you. unless you're moving the light from side to side to top to side etc throughout the day then it's not gonna be too helpful, you want lots and lots of light
There are a few things that have to happen before harvest: 1) the pistils that come out white will start turning brown or orange. when they are at about 70% brown (or whatever) that is a good sign, 2) like they said, get a microscope and look at the trichcromes! they should be mushroom shaped and when ready, as already stated above, they will start turning an amber color.I water once every 2-2.5 days and a small amount of water , I dont think its overwaatered the curling is due to my really
pooor 27w cfl (130W) lighting from sideways not top, still its preatty much working on low scale, next grow hope I improve my lighting setup, still i learn alot from this first time grow, hopefully i can get high in 6-8 weeks from my own harvest
If I were you I would buy a microscope and a good grow book. There are many good grow books and also check out some videos. All this stuff you are wondering about is covered pretty good in the grow books. I have 3 myself.
