i was just thinking right now about why weed is still not legal and not the legal the govnt wants but the legal we want without tax and without restrictions, except i really dont beleave that kids should get there hands on it. i mean its going to happen no matter what, but what ever happend to good old parenting?

but yeah i realize its probbally our faults for not makeing it legal our selves cuz i know i sure as hell want it legal but then again never really have done anything to help its cause not because i dont want to because i dont know how or what to do.

and to all the other pot heads who dont want it legal because they will make less money, dont you think thats really greedy considering fallen comrads are stuck in prison for smokeing and selling nug? so lets help the innocent people somehow who are stuck in there for no reason what so ever other then having some green.

and it should deff be legal for medical usage but everyone understands that well enough.

so please any ideas of what i can do or what we all can do to help?????

I'm trying to collect signatures for MMJ in my state

Check out NORML and see whats up.

Personally I think its baby steps > First legal for medical use, then everyone sees what it can do. Then legalization from there

I hate the fact that many people are discouraged to use it by the negative stigma surrounding it. I think my mom would love it. She has problems sleeping and a good indica would knock her out. She tries all these sleeping prescriptions and they fuck with her. She'll never try marijuana though. We've talked about it and she is very brainwashed by all the government propaganda.

Spread the word that Cannabis is not the terrible thing that the "do-gooders" have made it out to be. Joined NORML back in the mid 80's and attended a few rallies. Petitioned for Prop 215 here in California and have tried to spread the truth about Cannabis as a medicine ever since.

My experience has led me to believe that if a cause can generate enough momentum at the right time, it is possible to change unjust or stupid laws or viewpoints. Search out local activists that are trying to organize...not the wild eyed moron that is simply pissed off, but the people who are trying to get petitions signed, bills introduced and laws written.

It is going to happen on a federal level. The resistance is starting to crack and crumble under the strain of the truth and the mainstream is now getting with the the program. I have heard some major progressive AND conservative voices talking up the benefits...just a matter of time. It is sort of cool to be a part of history.

Man I always see people, or know people who would benefit so much from cannabis, I always think, "Man they'd be so much better off in life if they just chilled out and toked it up every now and then"
