12 Hour light cycle question

Good day Chaps,

I have a question regarding the 12 hour bloom cycle. I am currently running my lights on from 21:00 to 9:00. I would like to switch to 19:00 to 7:00. My question is on how the best way to change this is? Should I do it slowly or all at once and is it better to take away from the dark or the light phase?

I tryed to search the forms before asking however my iPhone does not allow me. Please excusse me if this is a question that has been asked before.

I have always heard that having a longer dark cycle is easier on the plant. But, as riddleme said , doing it one time you should be OK either way you do it.

Take away from your light period. A little more darkness wont hurt your bloomers.
