is this anough to cool my light?

im upgrading from a 400 watt hps to a 1000 watt hps with a air cooled supernova reflector.i as wondering if a 4'',130 cfm inline fan would be anough to cool this light.any help would be great

well this light is gonna be in a 4'w4'd7'h grow tent and the room temps out side the tent stays around 70-72.the lights will be exhausted outside this room
