Should I nurse a wounded plant or start over?

I'm debating if I should continue nursing my plant or just chuck them in the compost pile. I was harding off a plant so I could flower outside, but some spider mites got to it before I could put them in the garden.

After I sprayed it with a neem oil like organic pesticide, half the leaves died. I washed the plants then put them under 24/7 lighting. The mites are gone. And the new growth is starting to appear.

I'm just thinking about how the plants might turn into males. That happened to me last year, when I vegged a plant for 3 months then put it outside and forgot about it. It went full hermie, really bad.

If I start seeds this week, I might still be able to pull off a small April harvest. But if I can get this plant healthy again (and if it doesn't' hermie) I should be able to pull off a bigger yield... or so I think.

You should nurse it along & also start a new grow if you have the room. I think nursing sick plants back to health is good for the grower with hands on experience. Good luck with whatever you do/

I would say seperate em and dont put too much work into em or put too much hope in em getting better
Personally I would chuck em and cut my losses
Make sure to do a very heavy steralizing of your cleaning area. Bleach and scrub

that wont make your plant hermie. not unless its already flowering. how about some pics? i'd keep it for sure, these weeds can recover amazingly fast. thats why its been nicknamed weed-it can grow and survive almost anywhere. a picture or 10 would really make it alot easier to tell. and you didnt say how old or how big or any of that info either. if you dont give us decent info all your gonna get are vague educated guesses.
