So I pulled a test bud (popcorn) from the middle and tested it last night, since I was thinkin of choppin today

I am one of those guys that takes one hit and waits to see where it goes, before taking another, I like to guage a buds worthiness on how one hit affects me.

Incredibly strong, potent taste, real nice head high to start with a numbing sensation that crawled down my head from the top, bit of a happy giggle high that crept into a very nice couch lock which took about 40 minutes, very slow creep, very nice high, very happy with Matilda!

At the 50 minute mark I took another hit, the head numbing crawled down my back, this strain would be very good for head, neck or back pain! I waited another 20 minutes and took another hit, this one put me away, I ended up going to bed and slept like a baby rock, which is exactly what I want from my meds.

So to say the least I am very happy with my new meds, knowing that once they cure properly she will kick my ass in every way

So the plan now is to chop in the morning, Woo Hoo a super bowl harvest

Well Matilda's big buds are harvested and I gotta say that I am not unhappy with the results, 92.4 grams wet with 4.3 grams of shake.
97 watts of light and 96.7 grams wet, yeah I'm pretty happy

Here is how each bud (by size) wieghed out

So for sure I got my oz as there is at least another 20 to 30 grams left on her to try and finish for another week or two

I would like to try it, especially if I have a girl that produces great bud. it has been nice following this grow, make sure you post us a link for your next grow journal so we can follow along. you gonna stick with your signature circline light? man i gotta get me one of those

No, my next grow will use a CMH bulb and I will most likely do 4 plants instead of one.

I did this one mainly to show folks it could be done with a small ammount of light, keep trying to tell folks that more light is not better, it's the spectrum and right ammount of light that matters! As well as dialing in the other elements of the garden.

Looks like you are going to get your Oz, Riddle. Nice job. You will likely come out with about .25 gpw dry. Not bad for low intensity lighting. See you around man!

Well I can tell you for sure that fan leaves are very important

Matilda is still alive and still growing but everything has slowed way down

What I have done is to LST what was left to spread her out more and raised the circle light to be just above the top (her canopy)

No reason to do pics as growth since last time is only 1/4 to 1/2 inch, like I said she is going slow, back to watering once a week

On a good note though, her big buds are now in jars curing The taste and high keep getting better and better everytime I "test" her , that first hit head rush is simply awesome! I can just chill or function with one hit and be in a totally relaxed happy state, 3 hits puts me down, sleep happens within 20 minutes, I am lovin sweet Matilda!!

Final dry wieght by bud,

We're waiting for escrow to close now (they said the other day that they're expecting it to be the 26th). It's a fixer upper, but about 95% of that is strictly cosmetic. This house is what we've been wanting and more, but I've gotta say the three biggest selling points for us were the very quiet and non-gang-banger neighborhood/area, the jacuzzi room, and my grow room! It has no windows... so no need to block light, no "glow" to be seen from outside, and will be quite difficult to loot (you'd have to be inside the house and break down the dead-bolted door). We'll be putting holes in the wall for exhaust and for my little air conditioner, but that's much more preferable to me than how it's set up at our current house with the small air conditioner in the large window, boards nailed around it to keep it in place, and still a telltale glow emanating outside through the window after all is said and done. Finances will restrict me from upgrading lights and other equipment for a while, but the setup I've got will still have much improvement just by having much more room and ability to organize it all much more efficiently... including my no longer having to move around heavy things in order to use them like I've had to do in this house, which means that much less pain involved in my gardening!

I gotta say, I absolutely love that hubby kept his eye out for "grow room potential" as he hunted down houses... this is a notable thing when it's someone who doesn't smoke pot and has never liked it for himself.

Congrats on your new grow room, always nice when the other half helps out, my girlfriend doesn't smoke either but she supports my efforts

I am being very picky and the recession has helped out as prices are low now, plus the Obama credit will help build the new grow room

Well I decided to go for the re-veg, growth was so slow and the buds were done as far as the trichs are concerned

So for all those watching I took pics of the LST I did yesterday and the harvest, jar full of buds and re-veg state

the wieght of the second harvest was 28.8 grams so I was not far off when I guessed 20 to 30, that makes 121.2 grams wet total (4 oz) and now I feel safe in saying that I got 1.5 oz dry (since the earlier dry wieght was 1.2 oz)

This is a lot of medicine for me as I normally go thru 1/4 oz a month and with only needing 3 or 4 hits of Matilda she will last me several months

Hopefully she will re-veg, as you can see I left some green on her and switched the light time, I will keep updating, one way or the other?

Did not start the journal untill I put her in flower (didn't want to waste time on a male)

there was 8 weeks of veg (extended due to the burn at the beginning that stunted em, took 2 weeks to overcome)

and yesterday was the 1st day of week 11 flower, so 18 weeks total
