Added more soil to the girls and now I dont think they will need to be transplanted. From the soil to the first set of leave is maybe an inch which I think should be long enough to support big flowers once the stem thickens up. Removed the dowels from the pots so now the lights wont be all off centered cuz of the dowels are all in the way. Hoping the t5's will fit my fixtures correctly or else just gonna have to get new ones. More light means bigger growth . Not sure how I would set up the lights, prolly three hanging how I have them now and possibly screw two of them into the closet door to get light from the side and some how fix up the third one on the other side or just keep it to 5 lights n not 6. Figure with brand new t5s I wont have to check out that light my friend was offering but I may just incase I feel like getting a bigger place in the future. I dunno wont really know anything until mon evening when I get home. Cheers to all and Happy Valentines day!

Post more pictures I feel you on the budget constraints. I'm also struggling with the cost of lights. I'm also growing my seedlings on two T8s and they will be under there for a week or two until I get the HPS lights. I'm just hoping they won't stretch until that time.

Keep flouros close and they willnot streach, remember most CFL burn hotter than the T5.. So don't be scared to get the plant real close (2-6") typically

I can do pics later tonight to show the growth difference. Shit im not sure if i have batteries lol. Maybe, maybe not. Yeah I realized that my floros are t8s as well not t5. I keep them like a few inches below the lights. Got two new ones and its a lot brighter in there but i dont think that matters when it comes to growth cuz these are 2 watts less than the floros already in the fixtures but due to age of them the newer ones are most likely better. who knows, im happy the girls are happy. They are really soaking up the water. Been doing 300mL every other day and the soil is almost too dry when it comes for feeding time. Like i would have to sit there for a good 1-2 min to let the water fully soak into the soil before I could continue water. I dunno is that good or too dry? If it is I was gonna up it to 400mL. Suggestions?

Good news. The branches are finally starting to pop out and their lil leaves are getting bigger n bigger everyday . Wont have pics for I dunno few more days maybe I dunno depends when I can make it out to the store or something lol. Switched their nutes to 3 tsp Grow big every other day, gonna use that until the gal. runs out most likely and then go back to the 3tsp g. big n 3tbs b. bloom. Wont go back to their regular feeding unless the g. big is really making em grow. Have had no time to go check out that light since two people at work have quit so now Im picking up all their hours and working like a mad man which fucking sucks ass but cant complain when there is money coming in i guess. Nickels for my thoughts, dimes in my bed, quarters of that kush for the lines in my head....

Today is day 43 for Strawberry Blue#1 and Mazar Kush. They are looking very nice, yes they are small but they have a ton of nodes so im not complaining one bit . Its day 33 for Strawberry Blue#2 and she looks the same size and blue#1 but just not as heavy leaves. She is branchier so I may end up cloning her still not sure. Bushier may be better than branchier I dunno havent had to deal with that before lol. This is my first time growing strictly indicas so not sure which is the better trait but Id prolly go with branchier I dunno lol. The pics you all have been asking for lol. Took em with my video camera which i didnt think i had the computer cord but I did so ill be able to make updates using that and better quality cuz i can manually focus the lens to get better shots. cheers!

Thanks man. Really appreciate it. The girls seem to really be taking to the g. big by its own so who knows we shall see I think its another two weeks of feeding with the rest of the gal. I got and still have about a half gal. of the g. big/ b. bloom mixture chilling waiting in line. They may be small, but they nice n bushy just how I want em and their branches are really starting to come out.

So since my past two room mates owe me money and one of them has a 400W HPS, I am gonna try talking them into giving me that to save myself some money and to get the debt they owe me back thats if I can get ahold of their douche asses. Figure I should flower the beginning of next month and take a clone when a branch is big enough and can support the shock of it. Is that a good idea or not? Never taken a clone from a flowering plant, I just dont want these bushes to get too bushy where there wont be adequate light for all three of them during flowering. So should I wait until after Ive taken the clone to flower or does it even matter? Thoughts n suggestions welcome. One Love and good night!

figure I'll put in my 2 cents, I like to take clones about 2 weeks into flower(when trying to keep them small) seems to be good enough to allow them to not be stressed, and to allow the imediate flowerig growth boom still to occure.

Awesome! Good to know, i really like the size of your plants and im guessing you dont do much training other than flower them when they are about 6-8 inches? But yeah ill deff take that into consideration cuz i dont need any unwanted stress while bud is in production so early on. thans bubloni!

Ya my other grow I flowerd them at like 6" and typically only do LST when i topp, but i think im over topping and am gonna just start leaving them to grow naturally aside from stalking (lollypopin) them about 2 weeks into flower..,this time I waited until week 6 and they were about 12" I think, but I believe my plants are small cause I am veggn under minimum (if not less than) lumens per sq ft.. Once I get my 400w vag cab burnin I think imma have some monsters flowering

when you trim off the lower 1/3 of the plant to increase bud development on the topps closest to the light...to me it seems to be another way of LSTing without all the work (i.e. no small popcorn nuggz).... and you get a massive cola instead of 4-5 medium sized ones...thats the way i see it but im sure others will tell you thats incorrect..., but the way i see it is..., a plant is only gonna put out so much flower (iv read it has direct relation with the root size, i.e more roots more plant more flower) so if you dont have verticle space yes, LST is a good idea, but i dont think it will get you any more buddz at the end of the day...fuck im stond and babbling my opinions again

I do have the three part FF system, I just wanted to know if anyone had any success with it. I was hoping to use it n try it to see if harvests were better or if it didnt make a difference. i just dont want any fluffy nuggz want them dense stones that make me go

The girls are looking good. very tight nodes by the looks of it I almost want to guess that in three weeks ill be able to take clones. Roughly one week into flowering if everything plays out correctly in the nexts few weeks lol. Noticed some slight burn on the outer edge of two fan leaves on the kush so next watering will be just straight water and depending on how the burn is doing I may or may not continue to feed it full strength until i see improvement. Cheers
