Hi all! New grower in town. I have a question or two about the Lowryder Easy Ryder AKA Lowryder #2 x AK47. My 1st time with an Auto strain so any input would be much appreciated. I run a 1000w sytem with a SunMaster Bulb in a 3.5'x4' space. My question is mostly about lighting. Do you run an HPS strait through or start MH? I plan on starting them under 200w (6,500k) CFL for about a week and then going to the HPS after 7-10 days. Will this be best? (20/4) Start to finish. Also, I have read up on nutes and see that they like a little of this and a little of that starting light w/a grow soloution and then to a light bloom to finish. I grow organically based on the TGA Subcool mix.

1 Bag Ocean Forest
1 Bag Light Warrior
1 Bag Perlite
1 Cup Bone Meal
1 Cup Green Sand
1 Cup Kelp Meal
2 Tbls Epsom Salts
4 Tbls Dolomite Lime

Will this be a good mix for the Lowryder Easy Ryder AKA Lowryder #2 x AK47? I have also heard transplanting is not good for yield. If I were to go to 2gal pots from solo cups when is it best to transplant without having that problem? The beans I got are feminized so sexing is a non-issue. Thanks Hammer... You run an HPS from the start? Sounds like my soil mix will work out without being to harsh or to light. What about transplanting? Will transplanting (7-14 days) into to 2gals from solo cups hurt my yield? Starting in those pots is not going to happen so I just need to find the window to transplant that will be best.

No i dont use an HPS anymore , I prefer MH. That link iposted was a grow a few back, it messed up- click my signature link now, thats the correct one i was refering too.

And no, waiting that long won't drastically affect yield- i have some that have been in the party cups now for a month, i'm waiting to sex before swithcing to their 2gals becuase i have so many. and it'd be a waste if half turned to be males

I feel good about it. I am using a SUNMASTER bulb so they have a little more blue spectrum than others. If I can ask, why the switch to a MH to flower with? Does it smoke like normal Serious Seeds AK47? That is an amazing plant from start to finish.

flowering with MH is not reccomended ... i would stay Hps thruout the whole grow becuase its such a short period and they pretty much start flowering within the 2nd week

my MH bulb is designed for flowering with as well, it has 40% more red spectrum then other MH. So if you get a kick ass bulb like that, then you'll be fine
