When should you TOP or FIM?

I know with topping you get 2 main cola's and with fimming you can sometimes get up to 8... but does it mean the more cola's you get the smaller they are??

Hey Guys, there is a man by the name of Uncle Ben on RIU that has a thread dedicated to topping, I would think it would be helpful to those who have posted so far on this thread. There is also anothetr guy by the name of xxxNinjaxxx who also has a very useful thread. Y'all should be able to find them by searching the forums. Hope this helps and many happy tokes to ya!

Fimming with with some LST you are providing the same light to all areas of the plant hence getting the same growth from each MC's, THE PLANT JUST BUSHES UP MORE, and should be done above the 6th node 2-3 weeks before putting in to flower so the plant has time to recover. The LST low stress training can be started as soon as the plant pops the ground if you desire. The purpose is to build an even canopy.
