There are physical differences between races. You just need to grow up and understand that.

African's - In most cases are more physically fit. Born strong
Asians - Generally short
Spanish - High tolerance for alcohol

i agree with Johnny Retro guys. sorry. it is very true that different people tolerate different substances differently. and it can be related to the race of the individual. simply pointing out a difference between races is not in itself "racist".
if the OP had said "black people are lower than white people because they usually smoke midgrades and white people usually smoke high grade" then that is a fairly racist statement. thats NOT what he's saying at all.
he's noticed a personal observation that white people seem to have a higher tolerance to marijuana than black people. its not scientific, its not a proved thing, its just a personal observation. and im sure that not EVERY black person or EVERY white person is going to fit his hypothesis, but in his experience, the majority do, so thats how he came to this particular idea.
simply noticing things of "colour" or noticing differences between people of other ethnic backgrounds is NOT racism. here, just for clarification, i'll post the dictionary definition of what racism is:
