Does anyone think the DEA checks on this site? I mean, a lot of people keep pretty fucking detailed journals on their grow ops and all...

Could they use it as a pretext to get a search warrant if they can track your IP and figure out who you are?

Any law experts here?

There are plenty of software programs to hide or change your IP address, if your that worried, maybe you should invest in one. If your intrested, I use a good one.

Anything you post on here can be used against you period. It won't be what gets you in trouble to start with though, unless you post million dollar illegal ops.

Post away with any little grow and nobody will care, just don't be so stupid that you elaborate on illegal money or etc.

You would be leaving a trail admitting guilt and ruining your options for future defense if you posted things like that.

Some ex girlfriend is usually what busts people and then the ex tells the cops you have all this stuff online they might be able to use against you...

Here in sweden we got lots of nice VPN services after the goverment passed a law that made it easy for record labels and ppl like that to hunt down file sharers by getting internet supplyers forced to give out info whos behind a IP address and traffic history.

Here a encrypted line (VPN service) cost about 15-20$ for 3 months. It makes all your traffic reroute through the VPN company before going onto the WWW making your IP adress looking like "4535435¤#%##¤%#¤%34534534534" to the outside world and noone can ever force the VPN company to leave out information and even if it would be posible to make them do that somewhere else they do not save any info or trace of traffic.

Can you cite that? I could see that though, there are some BOMB fucking growers here, it seems like there is an infinite amount of knowledge here. You can read all day but more comes out every day than you could read in a day

Thats what it feels like though
