I AM HAVING A LIL TROUBL GETTING MY BLLOM ROOM TO DROP BELOW 80F
IVE SEEN ON HERE A FEW TIMES THAT PEOPLE RECOMENT A LIL WARMER ROOM FOR BETTER CO2 RESULTS...

DOES ANYBODY KNOW THIS FOR A FACT
I HAVE AN A/C UNIT, AND ITS WORKING BUT WITH THE NUMBER OF LIGHTS IS NOT GETTING IT TO COLD, BUT IM SET UP FOR CO2 ALREADY AND WOULD LIKE TO USE IT,

LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE ON THIS. BEFORE I DROP ANOTHER $2000 ON A BIGGER A/C UNIT....

Yes. CO2 is a greenhouse gas. Its also a thermal and photo protectant. That means, a plant that is surrounded by eleveated levels of CO2 can withstand higher heat and more intese light.

correct.. a room that is set up with the proper amount of co2 can take temps in the range of 85 with out any problems at all.. and have the maximum co2 uptake as possible

so my room running at 82-83f constant with the co2 running about 1200-1500ppm should be good....?
is there any benifet of getting the temp down more, or is to cold with co2 a bad thing....?
im being told to keep the room around 72f this is a big task with 5 1000w lights in a 12x12 room.....

Mid 80's is great is you're using Co2. I always use Co2 in summer grows to compensate for the higher season temps. If you bring your temp down to 72 degrees they won't take full advantage of the added Co2.

80 degrees is fine without CO2. CO2 is definitely an added benefit but if you're simply worried about your temps being to high you are fine.

Are those big cubes sitting on sheets of rockwool? If that's what I'm seeing you might run into some bad algae problems. You should consider adding some H202 (peroxide) to you nutrient solution to fight off algae growth. Rockwool slabs usually come wrapped in plastic and you just razor blade away squares where your larger cubes will go that way your rockwool won't get hit with light and cause algae growth.

its a coco mat, lets the roots crow out of the cubes, and dosnt grow algee, just like the coco caps on top of the cubes....

are you using nutrients for coco or circulating hydro? the nutrients you would use with hydroton or rockwool is different that the nutrients you would use with coco products.
