24 hour light cycle to 18/6??

Is it possible for me to send my plants into 18/6 light cycle if i already started them at 24 hour light cycle. I want to know if it will hurt the plant or make it better. They are only about a week and a day old.

Yes, of course, that's how it's usually done, seeds or clones started in 24/0 then switched to 18/6 when they're established.

About how long should i wait to switch them right now its day 8 and they have their 2nd leaves coming in already, and thanks for the previous info.

it's a personal preference thing... switching 'em now will be fine... waiting will be fine, won't harm them either way...
