125w CFL VS. 150w Hps

Ive been six weeks into veg now (18-6 light) with my AK-48, and I probably would have started flowering a week or two ago but im on a tight budget right now and i dont have a light for flowering yet (The extra 2 weeks of veg have really beasted things up a bit tho). Im using a 125w CFL bulb 6400k right now. What do you guys suggest? Get another CFL bulb around 2700k or upgrade to HPS? I already posted something like this in the newbie forum and everyone told me to stick with CFL due to power consumption and heat. But ive been goin through alot of posts and it seems like everyone says u get denser buds and a higher yield with HPS, so i found this 150w HPS with ballast and reflector included that i really want to get. I think that would be perfect for my 3x3x9 closet. Suggestions???

From what i have read by a lot of other people, CFLs are fine for veg, but you want HPS for flowering. I dont know. I never owned an HID and am still about a month and a half from flowering with my CFLs.

3x3... i would df get a 400-600.. i use 150 watt hps/150 watts of cfls in a 1x2x4 setup with no heat issues,,,

Thanks for the replies. Any other suggestions?? Money is not really an issue anymore. I am just worried about how much electricity a 400w HPS would use??

It wouldn't put any significant mark up on your bill, but you'd really have to get some ducting and inline fans to ventilate that 400W.
