I've never heard that saying in regards to police... and even it were true, to generalize that as the mentality of all the officers and generalize that officers are poorly trained is just dumb. Hell, in my state, the troopers have to sit through 96 hours of firearms training just to get certified...

lol thats funny you say that because my friend who is an ex pig says that same shit but she also says it cause she got the concealed firearm permit but im prety sure it started in the department.It is a good motto though not just for police.
