Females got Pollinated?? help!

Hey i started off with about 30 random seeds that i got given, and about 20 came up.

I'm now into flowering and i couldn't help the situation but i think the males out of the seeds have pollinated the females.

all my plants now have little bulbs on them and i'm unsure if i should continue.

The plants with little bulbs on the do also have brown hairs. i've removed the obvs males now but they've already pollinated.

what should i do? Can i continue and get seeded bud?

yes u can. seeded bud can and will git u high jus not as high as sinsemilla will

you dont lose mass so much as you lose quality. you would be better off making hash from hermies

Wow that sucks man. I feel for you. Look at the bright side. You won't have to worry about your seed supply.

Tis was the time of year. I had a flat inspection and only just started up after that. I went away on holiday for a week and ahalf, i knew it would be about the time. not much i can do.

So these are called Hermies?

Would be best thing i could do is to continues on with the grow then try make hash out of them?

Hey at least that way if your wanting to sell any of it you could still sell the hash. But nobody really wants the seedy buds. Hash sounds good to me.

LOL, That sounds like prime stuff where i come from. There is no such thing as 'sinsemellia' here, except maybe twice a year you might be able to get your hands on some. And that, is from plain ol' bagseed, raised half-assed. If we get a bag that weighs what it's supposed to weigh, that's a special occasion. Am I in hell, or what? :lol:

Finish it out and smoke it, or make hash. They would be good buds to get some experience with, if you've never made it before.

depending on how early you were seeded it may be bullshit weed and not even much good for hash as there are no trichs. whoever said they dont lose mass is not correct, if they already have mass yes they wont lose it but if they dont have the mass yet they are not going to get it as the hairs are brown and pulled back because that one is done growing period and will dry up and drop the seed, cut your loses now if you dont see trichs now your not going to get them later. start more plants now fuck those you have they will be bullshit and if you have more than one strain growing the seeds are crap because you have no idea what mixed with what. Good luck next time try paying closer attention. Growing that many from seed I am not sure what you thought would happen you almost guaranteed a seed crop. Thats too many to inspect daily for pre flowers. Be more careful with light leaks too next time as this may have caused the hermie if it wasnt a straight up male, if the plants looked like they were stinky and already had lots of trichs then you should be ok with the smoke just gotta de seed

forgot to mention too you should take a spray bottle and spray the grow room to kill the remaining pollen as it can live for several days so even after removing plant spray the rest with water so the remaining pollen is left inert

oh and i didn't say they dont lose mass, i said it's more about quality loss than it is quantity. read properly if you're going to go out of your way to disagree with someone.

you can see in the photo that there are trichs, but i suppose you didn't look at that properly either lol winner!

I say that it sounds like hrmz and u should have caught that before the males opened if u think they have been pollinated the male has to open.Now if it has been seeded grow it out, if they are hrmz u are done u are wasting your time. hrmz suck and so do there seeds they hrm out most of them.When pollinated the plant will feed the seed just like a human mother to be.A plant that turn 18% will probly be some where around 8% so my comersh is around 8-10% and it works. good luck!!!;-)

grow it out and keep the seeds and buds for yourself atleast you will have some of both for when it's needed

i had hermies also, and my whole crop went pollinated. i got some major nice seeds and the budfs are like over a foot long... so it didnt hurt the size... but expect like 40-50 seeds per bud (if u get them as large as i have them)

i was upset too... i learned to live with it

hermie seeds grow hermie plants, so probably not really worth planting them when you can use the same resources for fem seeds ;)

i'm not sure of all the specifics, but i seem to remember reading that to get feminized seeds you stress the plant to be a hermie. but thats just hear say so take it for what it's worth.
