Looks like there comin along. Is it just a coincidence that the plants furthest away from the rez are doing better then the ones closer to it? Are ur ppm's still higher further away from the rez?

hey i guess i just missed you at kronik gardening today. they said you walked out when i walked in cool place and good guys working there. i just put my weak ones toward the front to baby em a lil more but i think it was partly due to my humidifier being in the back part of the room. i havent had a problem with my ppms since i took the return filters off. im right in the middle of dialing in my flower room so hopefully within a couple days i'll be flipping them to 12/12 under those beautiful spinners. my main problem right now with the room is cooling.
Damn! I think I actually saw you comin in when I was headin out. Yea the guys in there are pretty damn cool. I tend to hang out in there for hours at a time sometimes. I like to think of it as my hobby shop.
Ya I was wondering if cooling would start to be an issue. How high do your temps get after the lights are on for 12hrs?
Let me know before u come down next time so we can BS and burn one.

my temps are about 91 with no ac or venting running, 85 with a 16,000 btu ac on but im getting another 16,000 btu ac to run until i can afford a 30,000 btu slim line and the temps are about 79-81 with my intake/exhaust on with the ac. i'll definitely let you know next time im headed that way.
Sounds like you almost got it under control. Also another thing that helps cooling alot that some people sometimes forget about is that when the sun goes down it gets cooler outside and you can easily bring in some of that nice free cool air. I always set my lights to come on shortly after the sun goes down.

yeah im pretty sure thats how im gonna run mine with my 12 on being from 8pm-8am. these babies are absolutely blowing up right now its insane heres an update.

Looks great! They are really taking off now. I love wen they get some good roots and start shooting off like rockets. Every day that you check on them they look different. So are you going to do any vegging under the spinners or are you just going straight into flower? Do you plan on doing any training or topping?

i fim'ed about ten of them a week ago and topped 5 or 6 recently i really wanna see the difference between them this is kinda one big expirement especially for a noob. im gonna throw them under 24 hrs darkness then kik on those spinners 12/12 right off the bat to see how it goes. i'll probably start the spinning lights high and i'll be lowering the lights gradually to get them used to the intense light for the first couple days.
Sounds like a plan man! So did you pick up a light meter and temp gun so that you can properly adjust the hight of your lamps?

have you looked into the ductless mini split? They stay out of the way and I think they are pretty easy to set up. the ones with inverter technology should save you quite a bit of money... the mitsubishi mr. slim ones claim that it takes as much power to run a 40 watt bulb all day. How many watts are you going to be running when you switch too flower? I have read that 4k btu should be able to cover 1k watt light. So you should go from there...

i just switched to flower yesterday im only gonna be running half of my lights for now because i only have one of my systems running. so im running around 3200 watts i've got a 16,000 btu ac thats ok for now im gonna have to get one of the fujitsu 30clx 30,000 btu i can get a good deal on it. it's a ductless mini split like you're talking about cross and they're supposed to be one of the best. im waiting till i get this crop off to get it. im actually battling root aphids right now lil basterds are pissing me off its not a bad infestation but i here they're very persistent so im really keeping my eye on it. oh yeah vdber yeah i got the light meter and the temp gun works out awesome knowing where im at with light power. i have to buy longer extension arms to get the light abit closer about 6 inches closer (maybe im just being picky).

There is tubing that runs out of the wall to outside where the outside unit is. One of the tubes is for the condensation to run through.

they're doing good trying to dial in the right water levels in flower and still working to completely rid these damn root aphids. im gonna be headed to kronik some time this week to pick up some lights. i'll let you know when doug lets me know. heres some picks of the girls as of today the 6th day in flower. and i just figured out my timer was screwing up and turning my lights off early doesnt seem to have affected them to bad but im glad i caught it.
