Looks good, you'll do fine. Hopefully you know of a shop with cool owners/buyers. That'll make all the difference. Locally, all of the shop owners are really cool, and it's almost always a good experience... but when I tried selling in S.F. it was mostly a nightmare. I hated dealing with the almost all of the shop owners there (especially the Persian ones... sorry about the stereotype, but it turned out to mostly be true) - they always wanted to haggle. They'd give me bullshit claims - 'I get those for $5' (talking about something that I know is worth at least $20).

Yo fdd i started reading from page 1 and didnt realize how far back this thread went ha, i read the 1st 10 pages then skipped through about 150 and starting reading again and MAN has your skill increased over all this time. You're living my glass blowing dream, it looks so awesome. I would definitely buy some of your glass art because it's unique and not so generic like everything else i see.

brought it home and fired up the cutting torch and tried my hand at glass blowing. the first one shattered just about the time i was trying to finish. the second one i finished but it has cracks. i smoked out of it though. nice little hash pipe.
i've been looking for the perfect hash pipe. i'll just make my own now. it would have cost me 30 dollars at the glass shop to buy one. if i come out of this with 3 or 4 working pieces then i'm ahead of the game. i think i may invest in a nice torch.

WOW FDD!!! That's all I can really muster right now. (gimme a sec) Ok, I just found this thread like 2 hours ago. I read up to page 80 something and then skipped up to page 160 or so and continued to finish. You've gotten damned good over the last year. I am really impressed. I would pay for a pipe from you now, for sure. Speaking of buying one or two or 10... I just got 2 questions. Do you take requests and do you need anything else for your hobby?
See, I could just buy pipes from you, which would help you out, but I am a more personal person. If there was something you needed that you ran out of, or that you really wanted to get or whatever, I would buy it for you, in trade for the pipes. That way you get what you need, right then and there, and I get a little more care and love in the making of my glass. I'm all about paying it forward, karma and zen mang. PM me or whatever

i can't really do "custom stuff" right now. when i try to make something i screw it up. i like to let the glass tell me what it wants to be.
i'm pretty much fully stocked on supplies right now. i just need to get my knee fixed so i can stand behind the torch longer.

What do you have for 18 mil g on g slides? I'm in the market for something new.
