Not sure but looks like a halogen bulb its def bright but probably Kelvin range like an incandesant wont do a good job if it is.

yep don't waste ur time. they have excellent cfl's at Wal-Mart for like 6-8 bucks...big curly cfl mother fuckers. at Lowe's and home depot they have the metal clip-on sockets that you can hang or clip anywhere. DONE.
