In Canada they cannot legally refuse you service unless certan conditions are met, if you are causing a disturbance then yes.. That's a reason to be kicked out.
If you are simply high, no they cannot.

Any business can kick anyone out, for any reason.

But very few do, as long as you behave within generally acceptable parameters.

yes very true, i go to taco bell allthe time and this one lady knows me shes cool and laughs at me cause i eat like 20dollers worth of food and change my order like 10times. i honestly think shes stoned to lol

Not true, "one has the right to security of person and freedom of commercial expression bound by no person or entity within reason".

A business open to the public must serve all members of the public, with no restrictions unless there is reason.
