i just bulit my own bubble ponic system from a 5 gallon resevoir and its my very very first time doin this so im starting off with jus growin 2 plants ..for only two plants wat kind of lightege should i use and what wattege? and what are dual spectrum lights i hear there really good for growing with bubbleponics cuz they give off little heat so u cant burn your plants.if this is true how do i go bout watts?

duel spectrum lights are both mh and hps id say bout 150w hps would be good by itself tho

If you have the room and can handle a bit more heat I would go bigger, I started off with a 150, then got the 400, then 600 then 1000. Keep yourself from doing the same and just get at least the 400 if you can afford and can deal with the added heat. YOu will get much bigger yield

can just go with the 600, there are some cheaper bulbs on page 5 or 6 of bulbs

duelspectrum just means it can be used for both veg and flower obviously becuase it has more then just one spectrum , so it would have blue and red, can u deal with much heat ? u can get duelspectrum cfls. these guys will tell u to keep your watts high so u dont go buying another light later on but u have to find out how much heat your space can manage , what size room is it your growing in ?
